Care & Cleaning Process

Best Efforts Policy

We exercise reasonable skill, care, and professional judgment when treating garments. However:

• We cannot guarantee removal of all stains
• Certain stains may worsen during cleaning due to fabric type or age
• Fragile, aged, or delicate items may not withstand standard cleaning processes
• If we believe an item is at risk, we may contact you for approval or decline the cleaning.

Care Labels

Garments are cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer’s care label instructions. If a care label is missing, faded, or incorrect, cleaning is undertaken entirely at the customer’s risk.

Damage, Loss, and Liability

Limited Liability

Our maximum liability for loss or damage to any item is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of that item or its fair value, whichever is lower.

We do not accept liability for:

• Wear and tear, fading, shrinkage, or colour loss
• Weakening of fabric due to age, prior damage, or poor manufacturing
• Buttons, zips, embellishments, sequins, or trims
• Items left uncollected after 90 days
• Items containing non-washable or unstable dyes

Claims

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of collecting or receiving your item, and the item must be returned for inspection in its original condition.

Collection & Delivery (If Applicable)

If collection and delivery services are offered:

• Time slots are approximate and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen delays
• Customers must ensure someone is available to hand over and receive garments
• We are not responsible for unattended deliveries unless expressly approved by the customer
• Delivery delays do not entitle customers to discounts or compensation

Payments & Pricing

Prices for services are listed on our website or provided upon request and may change without prior notice.

Payment is required at the time of collection or as specified.
Failure to pay may result in withholding of garments until the balance is settled.

Items left unpaid for more than 90 days may be disposed of at our discretion to recover storage or service fees.
